International Delivery
1. General Information
- The order placed on the site is your proposal to the Company to obtain any product by their purchase and delivery. The proposal is deemed to be received, if the Company confirms the application for the order, which will include all the details of the order. This response is considered as contract between the Company and you.
- In GlobalBeauty.am you choose the preferred product, fill in your delivery address, telephone number, and additional details (optional) and that՛s it.
2. Orders & Shipping
Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on GlobalBeauty.am are delivered every day of the week. Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the destination. Express and Standard delivery is available for all destinations. All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Express Shipping for most countries: delivery within 3 - 7 days.
Standard Shipping for most countries: delivery within 15 - 45 days.
3. Duties & Taxes
If you purchase products for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach any such laws.
4. Order Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, GlobalBeauty.am will aim to dispatch it within 2 business days. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your GlobalBeauty.am account.
5. Which Currencies Can I Shop In?
Your order will be charged in AMD for a competitive exchange rate.
6. When Will My Card Be Charged
If you pay by debit card or credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

9. Returns Policy
Returned items must comply with our returns policy: Items must be returned undamaged, unopened and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
10. Returns Process
Your returned item must arrive at the GlobalBeauty.am partner boutique or brand it was ordered from no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick- up within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at the relevant GlobalBeauty.am’s location within 14 days.
11. Cancelling an order
Depending on where you live, you can also choose to cancel your order under the CCRs (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). If you choose this option we will refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our Returns Policy and the original delivery fee; however, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item(s) to the GlobalBeauty.am you ordered from.
12. Refunds
Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
13. Faulty items
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. Where possible we will
arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
Delivery To Armenia
1. General Information

- In GlobalBeauty.am you choose the preferred product, fill in your delivery address, telephone number, and additional details (optional) and that's it. For example, you can help the driver easily find your place. The Company’s worker can phone you to get more details.
- The minimum price for the order is 4900 AMD.
2. Cost and Geography
- The website’s delivery covers the whole territory of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh.
- Delivery to Aragatsotn, Ararat, Armavir, Gegharkunik, Lori and Kotayk region is free, in other regions and Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh via Haypost.
3. Drawing up and History of Orders
- When logged in, you can order your preferred product(s). The order will be confirmed or cancelled within 5-10 minutes. On your own website you can view the history of your order, as well as look through the total amount of the orders.
4. Terms of Delivery
- The working hours of our website are 10:00-18:00. The orders will be accepted at any time, but all the further actions (order confirmation, cancelation, delivery, etc.) will be carried out only during the working hours of the website.
- If you have forgotten to order some products after the checkout, which should have been included in the order, you can place a new order and contact us to inform that this order should be delivered along with the previous one.
- In the frames of one order the goods can be delivered only to one address.
5. Payment
Payment Methods
- There are several payment methods on the website:
- Cash. The cash payment is made at the moment the ordered products are delivered. You have to choose "Cash" payment method after proceeding with the checkout.
Our delivery person will provide you with the order’s invoice and cash register check.
- We do not accept payments in USD or other currency, as it is prohibited by the Armenian legislation.
- Online payment. Online payment is carried out through Master, Visa, Arca payment systems.
- Idram Payment System. Choose Idram as a payment option and you will be redirected to idram.am. Login to your account and make a payment.
- Bank transfer. After you choose this payment method, you will see our account number, to which you'll need to transfer the required money to.
- The delivery will be carried out only after acceptance of amount on our account. Right after that, our operator will contact you and clarify the concrete date and time for delivery. Along with order you will get the correspondent invoice.
- The prices of suggested products on our website are final and tax included.
